We are a group of people with a rare gentic kidney condition - known as karyomegalic tubulointerstitial nephritis - that is caused by a mutation of the FAN1 gene. We are working with a preeminent specialist at a world-renowned hospital in the United States to explore potential treatment options. We are looking to identify other people who have this disorder to help with ongoing research into potential treatment options.
